Terms of Service

Welcome to Aura Sessions. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Aura Sessions is an iOS app for live music streaming. Viewers pay $1 to join a session. 100% of every dollar is paid to the performing artist via Stripe Connect. Aura Sessions does not take a platform fee; standard Stripe processing fees apply on Stripe's side.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your credentials secure.

3. Artist payouts

Artists must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. Aura Sessions is not the merchant of record for individual sessions; Stripe handles payment processing and disbursement.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
• No streaming of music you don't have the rights to perform.
• No circumventing the $1 entry model.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
