Payouts, explained simply

How a $1 ticket becomes money in your bank account — usually within minutes.

When a viewer joins, Stripe authorizes a $1 charge against their card. The session keeps running; the charge settles a few seconds later.

Once it settles, the dollar lands in your connected Stripe account — minus the card-network fee, which Aura covers, not you. 100% of the ticket reaches the artist balance.

Payouts run on whatever cadence you set in Stripe — daily by default in most countries. For most artists, money from a Tuesday session is in their bank by Thursday.
